Flutter Developer (Strong Android Expertise) - Day Rate Contract

Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 1 day on-site per week, Thursday).
Contract: 6-month initial contract.
Rate: Market Rate (€400 - €500 DOE)

My client is currently seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with strong Android expertise to join their Dublin-based team on an exciting migration project. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and mentoring while driving a high-impact mobile transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hands-on with Flutter to accelerate the ongoing migration project.
• Provide Android support (bug fixing, assisting with smaller tasks, and supporting the release process).
• Act as an advisor/mentor when needed, sharing expertise with the team.
• Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Be available for one day per week on-site (Thursday).

Requirements:

• Strong, current, professional full-time Flutter experience.
• Prior or mixed experience in Android development (essential for support tasks).
• Experience working in a mentoring/advisory capacity is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on development environment.
• Based in or willing to commute to Dublin for on-site work once a week.
